INTERIOR DESIGNER

You will serve as an Interior Designer in the Planning Design, and Construction Business Line.Qualifications:Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assists with developing and formulating the total interior design concept for projects from the initial architectural start to completion of color design specification; 2) Assists with formulating generic furniture requirements based on 35% design stage collateral equipment lists and activity interviews; 3) Assists with developing schematic furniture layouts for review by project architect and activity in order to determine practical requirements and limitations of the project; and 4) assisting the project manager and client with developing collateral equipment lists including costs.
