Requirements... • Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design. • Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Interior Design. • Skills: Thorough understanding of interior finishes, furnishings, cabinetry, signage, and color selection for commercial interiors. Proficiency in Revit drafting software is a must. • Knowledge: Familiarity with zoning codes and building codes and their implications for the design of interior spaces. • Task-oriented: Ability to produce accurate and detailed product specifications. Preferred Qualifications: • Leadership: Proven leadership skills with a strong work ethic. Ability to lead a team effectively. • Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Principal Architects and other staff. Effective communication skills to recognize and address design issues. • Project Management: Participation in project reviews regarding project costs, budgets, and adherence to schedules. Pay Rate: • Competitive pay ranging from $26/hr. to $34/hr. Work Schedule: • Regular working hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.
