This is not just a job – it's a 6-month contract to direct opportunity in the picturesque landscapes of North Georgia, where your creative flair will flourish like never before! Key Requirements... • A degree in BS Interior Design – your foundation for design excellence. • A comprehensive understanding of interior finishes, furnishings, cabinetry, signage, and a knack for color selection in the realm of commercial interiors. • Proficiency in Revit drafting software – where your designs come to life in the digital realm. • 3-plus years of professional experience in the dynamic field of Interior Design. • Knowledge of zoning codes and building codes, with an acute awareness of their implications for the design of interior spaces. • Proven ability in the production of meticulous product specifications. Preferred Qualifications: • Be a team leader with a robust work ethic and a track record of proven leadership. • Collaborate seamlessly with Principal Architects and other team members, recognizing and addressing design issues with finesse. • Actively participate in project reviews, contributing insights on project costs, budgets, and adherence to schedules. Compensation: • Competitive Hourly Rate: $25/hr. - $33/hr.
