Interior Designer 2 Location : 2992 West Beach Blvd. in Gulfport, MS Start Date : ASAP Duration : Long Term (Indefinite) · Bachelor’s degree in interior design · Proficient in AutoCAD & Revit; desired proficiency in Sketchup, Enscape, and Photoshop · Ability to meet with all-levels of end users independently to develop design solutions with cost, · function & aesthetics in mind · Well-versed in local building codes, as well as other regulations such as ADA, etc. · Skilled in commercial interior design finishes and furniture procurement · Experience in project estimating and tracking project expenses. · Working towards acquiring National Council of Interior Design certification · Experience in creating design documents and working with other trades to develop design solutions, such as electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire.
