Interior Designer

We are looking for an Interior Designer to help our clients make selections. You will meet with Custom Homebuilders, Interior Designers, Homeowners, and Contractors to select tile, stone, glass, and decorative products for both commercial and residential projects. You will be required to manage projects from concept to order to completion. Our ideal candidate would have experience in Interior... Design & color selections but does not need tile experience specifically. Must possess excellent organizational skills and creativity. The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with the client to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends to provide the best ideas for clients. Responsibilities • Work with clients and builders in order to understand their objectives and desires • Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects • Communicate effectively with client, vendors, and team in order to address client's needs • Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed • Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in interior design, or 3-4 years of experience in related field • Strong communication and organizational skills • Creativity and a love of design Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Paid time off Schedule: • Monday to Friday Ability to Relocate: • Winston-Salem, NC: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
