We are seeking a talented and creative Hospitality Interior Designer to join our team. The Hospitality Interior Designer will be responsible for producing high-quality design solutions that bring our clients visions to life. Responsibilities • Develop hospitality interior design solutions that meet clients needs, space and budget • Analyze needs and design solutions for hospitality projects • Prepare information regarding design, specifications, materials, color and equipment • Create and present design concepts, drawings, and presentations to clients • Manage projects from conception to completion, including scheduling and budgeting • Research products for specification and select FF&E • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other professionals • Maintain a knowledge of design trends and best practices Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality design • Proficient in Revit and Sketchup • NCIDQ certification preferred Benefits Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred Skills Revit Sketchup FFE Selection Hospitality Google Sketchup Pro LEED NCIDQ
