Interior Designer

About the role The Interior Designer will work with our Lead Interior Designer on projects for an individuals home in South Florida. This candidate will provide leadership within a design team in a self‐directed manner in multiple aspects of the design process including but not limited to the design & documentation of all phases, and the preparation of materials within established budgets... schedules, and programmatic requirements. What you’ll do • Work with our Lead Interior Designer on projects for home in south Florida • Research, recommend and select appropriate finishes, fixtures, and furniture • Clearly communicate design concepts and conduct client presentations in a variety of formats • Manage workflow and production of deliverables • Prepare and or/coordinate project design documentation What you’ll need • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. • Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis. • Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to tackle problems in standard situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
