Position: 100% In-Office, M-F Responsibilities: • As a Commercial Interior Designer, you will specialize in designing commercial office spaces, dedicating 70-80% of your time to drafting behind a computer. • Meet with potential and existing clients to comprehend their space planning requirements. • Develop detailed space plans tailored to meet client needs. • Create pricing drawings for the Interior Construction Department to facilitate construction estimates. • Prepare final sets of drawings for construction and permitting purposes, and assist clients in selecting finishes through meetings. • Coordinate planning and construction processes with all involved vendors. • Facilitate coordination between the Leasing Department and the Interior Construction Department. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design. • 1-5+ years of experience in commercial interiors and tenant development. • Proficiency in Revit & AutoCAD. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Competency in applying commercial building and accessibility codes.
