Interior Designer

Our company specializes in interior design and construction, We are looking for an interior designer to assist the lead designer with residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a person who is creative, has flare, loves to work in a team environment, has passion for interior design and surpassing customer expectations. Education/Experience... • 5 years full time interior design experience • Degree in Interior design Responsibilities • Develop design concepts • Create Inspiration Boards • Research, select and ordering of required products • Assist client and builders with selections • Develop project specifications • Develop new vendors • Develop project budget • Stage homes including all selections • Selections, ordering and set-out of Short Term Rentals • Window treatment design, specifications, and ordering Skills • Passion for Interior design • Customer focused • Attention to detail • Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning, window treatment and new construction) • Strong verbal, written, organizational, communication and presentation skills • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Expertise in layout, color, lighting, window treatments, materials selection, custom furniture and installations. • Proficient in Sketchup, Adobe suite of products, and Auto Cad. Other design software experience a plus • Able to design floor plans and elevations with dimensions.
