Interior Designer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mid-Level Interior Designer at MONOGRAM in Scottsdale, AZ. The Interior Designer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as space planning, material research, construction drawings, interior design, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment). You will work with Senior design team members to help develop and produce designs for projects both locally... and across the US market. Currently our projects span Guest rooms, public areas, F+B outets, spas, and meeting spaces. The role will be office based at our DC Ranch location Responsibilities • Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects • Meet with client in order to understand the client's objectives and desires • Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs • Prepare presentations (3D, 2D,mock-ups and renderings) for clients • Create quotes and ensure full workflow is followed • Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant • Strong skills in space planning, architecture, and construction drawings • Experience in interior design and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) • Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a team • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field Qualifications • Bachelor's degree 4 - 5 years of experience in related field Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite • Strong creative and communication skills • Demonstrated ability to execute
