To apply for this position,Submit rsum attention to Yekka Responsibilities Lead the design of large and small projects, including pre-design, design development, and construction mentorship within project teams to support the growth and development of design team Manage to Dual studios design processes design team Crete design presentation lead client presentations Participate in the selection of furniture, fabrics, material Establish strong client communication throughout design process Manage client interaction and decision-making Skills Effective listening skills Ability to develop a strong team Knowledge of drawing design techniques, and principles Understanding of industry trends practices, project management skills ability to lead and guide the work teams consistently meet deadlines, delegate written and verbal communication and skills travel periodically Qualifications Bachelors degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture , CIDA accredited preferred 5 years of professional experience in interior design NCIDQ Certification, LEED Accreditation a preferred Not required proficiency in AutoCAD Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) 3D Computer rendering skills (SketchUp, 3Ds Max, and/or other modeling software) Knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, color selections, and specifications Benefits include college loan repayment, esop Salary range 65,000 to 70,000
