Interior Designer

Qualifications • 5-10 years experience • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Interior Design from an accredited university or... equivalent skill set and technical expertise as determined by the firm Ownership • Professional NCIDQ certification preferred • Certification is preferred in one or more content areas (WELL, LEED, PHIUS, CSI, etc.). • Min. 5 years of Revit usage • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD & Photoshop • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Windows OS , Power Point • Basic knowledge or proficient in BlueBeam, Sketch-up, InDesign • Organized, motivated, dedicated, efficient • Knowledge of interior finish materials, specifications and construction techniques • Ability to communicate professionally with clients, consultants and contractors • Sufficient knowledge of engineering disciplines to coordinate work • Understanding of the construction process sufficient to coordinate with contractor • Project management and/or account management experience preferred • Multi-family residential experience preferred
