Interior Designer for Hospitality Firm We are a hospitality design agency in Phoenix, Arizona. Our projects include restaurants, bars, hotels, and entertainment venues... Position: Interior Designer (Hospitality Design, Revit Proficient) Location: Phoenix, Arizona (Hybrid) (Flexible Work Schedule) About the Role: As a Designer at Hale Collective, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming concepts into reality. Your expertise and creativity in hospitality design, coupled with proficiency in Revit, will contribute to designing projects seamlessly from development to execution. Working closely with clients, you'll understand their unique needs and preferences, collaborating with our dynamic team to deliver exceptional results. Because we are a boutique firm, you will work and collaborate on multiple jobs concurrently, performing a variety of tasks. We offer ample opportunity for growth and development. Responsibilities: • Work on multiple design projects from concept to completion • Engage with clients to comprehend their preferences and requirements • Conceptualize and create design plans, elevations, and detailed drawings • Select and specify materials, finishes, and furniture • Collaborate with consultants, vendors, and internal design specialists • Stay abreast of design trends and integrate innovative products into projects • Ensure compliance with building and ADA codes in design documents • Assist in design presentations, client meetings, and site visits Requirements: • 4+ years of proven experience in interior design / architecture • Experience in hospitality or food & beverage is a plus! • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse and creative design projects • In-depth knowledge of space planning, design principles, and building codes • Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Programs, G Suite, MAC, and other design software • Excellent communication and time management skills • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field • NCIDQ certification is a plus What We Offer: Join us in a fun and creative work environment where your talents will be recognized and nurtured.
