Interior Designer

Job duties include: Manage all phases of the interior design process, from planning and development to execution. Confer with clients to draft project proposals and plan interior layouts. Oversee the interior design process throughout the project lifecycle to ensure quality and... timely execution. Collaborate with other design professionals to ensure integration between building design and interior design. Coordinate with vendors and contractors and manage project execution. Candidates must have at least a Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field and at least two years of professional experience working in residential and commercial design within the interior design industry. Must have at least two years of experience completing all phases of the interior design process, including schematic design, design development, and contract drawing. Must have at least two years of experience conducting concept development, preparing preliminary conceptual designs, and creating 3D visual renderings of interior design plans. Must have at least two years of experience executing documentation drawings, including floor plans, furniture plans, floor finish plans, ceiling plans, elevations, section details, and millwork details, and preparing FF&E materials and specifications. Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Autodesk 3ds Max, Enscape, Rhinoceros 3D, and Specsources. Annual salary: $81,000. Employment Type: Full time
