They should be strong communicators and active listeners. Candidates should be detail oriented, highly organized, and have the ability to manage and meet project deadlines. The ideal candidate has experience in space layout, color theory, furniture sourcing, lighting, and staging. This person is a creative professional who can collaborate with other professionals to fully understand the needs of clients and develop innovative solutions.
