Job Description: The Interior Designer will own the design process from the initial client meeting through to the successful completion of construction for kitchens, bathrooms, and other cosmetic remodels. They will collaborate with our architects to design interiors and finishes for our larger additions and custom homes. The ideal candidate will embody our commitment to growth, bringing a mix of creative vision and a proven track record in client relationship management. Key Responsibilities: • Build and develop client relationships to secure new business opportunities. • Conduct in-depth discussions with clients to capture their vision, understand their needs, and define their budget for the project. • Assist clients throughout the material selection process. • Prepare drawings and renderings to help clients visualize designs. • Serve as point of contact for clients through the design process and ensure successful transition to the construction department while maintaining client satisfaction. Qualifications: • Substantial portfolio of residential remodels. • Strong communication skills with ability to gain client confidence and display confidence in presentations. • Highly self-motivated problem-solver, with experience in a fast-paced work environment. • Outstanding design sensibility and graphic ability. • Bachelor or Master degree from an accredited university and a minimum of 3 years relevant experience (local experience preferred). Compensation: We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and performance-based bonuses. Combined annual compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $130,000
