Having contract managment skills is a large part of the position as well. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, budget, and timeline - Develop design concepts that meet the client's requirements and align with current design trends - Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using CAD software - Select furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials that enhance the overall design concept - Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution -Creating and delivering detailed presentations to clients -Strong aptitude for construction managment - Oversee the installation of design elements and ensure they meet quality standards - Stay updated on industry trends and new design techniques Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field - Proven 4+ years of experience as an Interior Designer, preferrable in the Residential Field - Proficient in using design software such as CAD, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, Windows (excel, microsoft etc) - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills If you are a creative individual with a passion for interior design and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.
