We are seeking a talented, creative and detail oriented Interior Designer to join our boutique luxury Interior Design team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and cutting edge spaces for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and then develop design concepts that align with their vision. This... is an exciting opportunity to showcase your design skills and make a lasting impact on the spaces we create. You will also be the point person on all construction projects. Having contract managment skills is a large part of the position as well.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, budget, and timeline
- Develop design concepts that meet the client's requirements and align with current design trends
- Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using CAD software
- Select furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials that enhance the overall design concept
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution
-Creating and delivering detailed presentations to clients
-Strong aptitude for construction managment
- Oversee the installation of design elements and ensure they meet quality standards
- Stay updated on industry trends and new design techniques
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
- Proven 4+ years of experience as an Interior Designer, preferrable in the Residential Field
- Proficient in using design software such as CAD, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, Windows (excel, microsoft etc)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
