Interior Designer/PM | CWS Architecture + Interior Design Intro: CWS is looking to add a full-time Interior Designer/Project Manager to our team. We are seeking someone who is detail oriented and has strong production expertise, coordination skills, and project management experience. In this role you will work across multiple market sectors, seamlessly shifting between teams and projects of various sizes. Your ability to stay organized and in-tune with your team will play a vital role in a successful workflow and product production. This position requires a minimum of three days per week in the office to maintain a collaborative team environment. Requirements and Responsibilities: • Have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a professional Architecture and Design firm • Certified Interior Designer (CID) preferred • Demonstrate proficiency in both AutoCAD and Revit (work samples required) • Experience in design and rendering software; Enscape, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite, a plus. • Responsible for project proposals, contract documentation and specifications, construction administration, and setting project budgets, schedules, and goals. • Responsible for developing design concepts, product/color selections, and FFE (Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment) selections for interior architectural projects from the schematic design phase through construction administration phase • LEED accreditation and Industry relevant certifications, a plus Apply to learn more!
