Interior Design/Architecture Materials Librarian

COMPANY DESCRIPTION: Spec Simple's team of Materials and Design Product Consultants support architectural and interior design firms in Washington DC, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Connecticut. We source and introduce new products and connect vendors to architects, designers, facility managers and furniture professionals at our clients' offices and on-line. Candidate must have: • 2-3 years experience working in a materials library • have great organization skills • be computer savvy • have the ability to multi-task • be super friendly • be comfortable working with all types of people Job duties will include: • product research • meeting with industry representatives • organizing samples • maintaining a vendor database Schedule: approximately 8-12 hours per week Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 12 per week Application Question(s): • This position is seeking an individual who has prior experience working in an interior and architectural material resource library at a design firm.
