Interior Design Team Lead and Project Coordinator

Gresham Smith is a leader in commercial interior design, and we are seeking a talented Senior Commercial Interior Designer to join our team. As a Senior Commercial Interior Designer, you will lead design teams and contribute to project visioning, idea generation, and synthesis. You will participate in design charrettes, generate conceptual design studies, plans, and renderings, and expand on others' ideas to meet client goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for holistic design ideation, documentation from concept through construction administration, and understanding applicable codes and regulations. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from small-scale renovations to large-scale building expansions.
