Interior Design Team Lead

Job Description: The Design Supervisor is a critical role that oversees the training and development of the design team. This individual must possess excellent leadership skills to drive sales for our company and ensure customers receive exceptional customer service through design services. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate self-motivation. In addition to these core responsibilities, the Design Supervisor will be responsible for building and maintaining lasting relationships with residential and professional customers. This includes hiring and developing a dynamic and motivated design team, as well as performing performance evaluations.
