Interior Design Team Lead

Interior Design Leader We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced interior design leader to join our team. As a key member of our design center, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and training our design teams while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the overall operations of the design center, including coaching and developing design team associates. • Develop business plans with designers to increase market reach and revenue. • Partner with each associate to manage design projects, customer contacts, and relationships. • Hold design teams accountable to meet or exceed sales goals and benchmarks. • Drive new business and increase sales through grassroots marketing initiatives. • Review P&L statements monthly with senior leadership. • Develop and participate in community programs to increase exposure and awareness for the company. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of five years of experience or ten years of progressive relevant work experience and practical interior design experience. • Proven sales background in residential interior design. • Broad knowledge of interior design and effective sales techniques. • Supervisory experience required. • An entrepreneurial attitude and strong communication and organizational skills. • Able to train and coach for design, product knowledge, sales performance, and customer service.
