Job Summary AHF Products seeks a highly skilled Interior Design Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to the sales team by assisting with day-to-day sales activities, processing customer orders, and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary goal is to ensure all customers who interact with AHF Products receive excellent service, adhering to company policies and procedures. About the Job As an Interior Design Support Specialist, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, recommending the best flooring solutions for their projects. You will also process customer orders, answer questions regarding products, pricing, and ship dates, and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction. You must also have good basic math skills, including the ability to take accurate measurements, and proficiency with Windows-based computer applications.
