This role involves managing essential administrative and logistical tasks, providing biweekly status updates, ordering and tracking materials, and supporting email marketing efforts. • First point of contact for clients and contractors via phone and in-person interactions. • Follow up with vendors regarding ETAs or issues with orders and materials. • Monitor social media platforms and maintain organized filing systems.
