Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and innovative Interior Designer with 3 to 4 years of professional expertise to join our dynamic team. This role presents the opportunity to work on diverse projects, engage with clients, and contribute to all stages of the design process. • Develop creative and practical interior design concepts for high-end residential homes. • Collaborate with senior designers, architects, and clients to create design solutions that meet client objectives. • Create and present design presentations, mood boards, and visualizations using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite). • Sources furniture, materials, finishes, and decor ensuring selections meet design goals. • Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and design plans for project implementation. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met. • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors during the implementation phase. • Conduct site visits to ensure designs are executed to specifications and resolve any on-site issues. Requirements • 3 to 4 years of professional experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. • Experience in construction and furnishings design. • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field. • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other relevant design tools. • Excellent communication, presentation, and client interaction skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently or as part of a team.
