Interior Design Specialist

Position: Interior Design Administrator Location: Jupiter, FL Pay Rate: $80,000-$85,000 Salary Based On Experience Looking to HIRE RIGHT AWAY!! Must Haves: • 3+ years’ experience in residential/home building construction design or administration experience • Proficient with the use of office equipment and computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and Outlook. • Experience with client facing interaction and meetings • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks/projects with little supervision • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Develop scopes of work, budget, and schedule Responsibilities • Facilitate internal processes including budgets, scheduling, customer selections and updates. • Key support to project managers. • Assist in bidding and buying scopes of work in the ID drawings. • Maintain control of all plans including specifications and revisions to ensure the construction team is in possession of all current documents. • Coordinate and conduct pre-construction meetings as well as final selections. • Assist in processing change orders. • Use Procore software effectively or equivalent.
