Design Solutions Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled Design Solutions Specialist to lead the planning and execution of office space projects, ensuring functional, visually compelling environments aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, space planning, and project management, with excellent communication and collaboration skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing drawings and presentations, collaborating cross-functionally to gather business intelligence, managing procurement and coordination of furniture systems, and serving as a liaison between local offices, vendors, and property management. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design planning and execution of office space projects from concept through completion. • Develop drawings and presentations for internal stakeholders to communicate design intent and spatial solutions. • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather business intelligence for move sequencing and relocation logistics. • Manage the procurement and coordination of furniture systems, ensuring alignment with company standards. • Serve as a liaison between local offices, vendors, project teams, and property management. • Oversee construction management for office buildouts and expansions. • Ensure compliance with corporate workplace design standards through review of fit plans and construction documents. • Maintain internal resources including the department web page and workroom site.
