Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute design concepts, creating stunning spaces that exceed client expectations. • Research and source materials, fixtures, and furnishings to meet client requirements. • Collaborate with contractors, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. • Create detailed designs, including floor plans, elevations, and construction drawings. • Maintain accurate records of project files, correspondence, and drawings. Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture. • 4-6 years of experience in high-end residential interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing technical skills and creative vision. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Workspace. • Expertise in material sourcing, specifications, and managing custom furnishings. • Current driver's license with reliable transportation.
