Responsibilities and Requirements • Design new home hardware products (drawer pulls, knobs, brackets, etc.). • Develop high-fidelity prototypes using our in-house 3D printers and machine shop. • Work with manufacturers and engineers to refine designs for mass production. • Utilize CAD software (Onshape) to create models and technical drawings. • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate user-centered design principles into new products. • Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Design, or similar degree, or will complete one soon, or can demonstrate equivalent ability. • Strong skills in 3D modeling, prototyping, and material selection. • Familiarity with CNC machining, casting, and other manufacturing processes. • Ability to collaborate with a small team while taking initiative and ownership of projects.
