Job Description Floor & Decor Design Consultants provide a seamless start-to-finish consultative design service that builds lasting relationships with customers. Your responsibilities will include: • Scheduling design appointments for existing and potential customers, while developing clientele through networking and referrals. • Providing expert advice on tile, wood, stone, and accessories to homeowners, interior designers, and builders for both residential and commercial projects. • Designing and selling complete, functional, and aesthetically appealing solutions that meet customer needs and preferences. • Managing multiple projects simultaneously through all phases, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: • A minimum of one year of interior design experience or prior retail/sales experience. • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. • Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
