Sales Representative Opportunity
We are a national retailer and manufacturer of custom-made blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters. As part of the Hunter Douglas family of brands, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional products and services to our clients. Now, we are seeking a talented sales representative to join our team!
About This Role
As a sales representative, you will be responsible for making the homes and workspaces of our clients more beautiful, functional, and comfortable by servicing qualified leads generated by our award-winning marketing team. You will work closely with our district leadership and field support team to help you reach your sales objectives and take full advantage of our compensation plan.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Match our products and services to client's needs
• Close appointments by demonstrating our unique value proposition and building trust and credibility
• Execute all systems and procedures to ensure client satisfaction and avoid order errors
• Measure, record, and configure specifications accurately and efficiently
• Provide high-level client service and follow up in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a high school degree or equivalent, some college work is preferred. Our ideal candidate will have experience in relationship selling, preferably in specialty or custom product/services, or retail environment in home décor/furnishings.
What's In It For You?
Average annual earnings of $80,000-$90,000 in commission and bonus, four weeks paid world-class training, mileage reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits package.
