Interior Design & Selections Manager

Conduct design and selection meetings with clients to choose all of the finishes for their home. The Design and Selections Manager will provide a welcoming, exciting and knowledgeable experience for clients. All selections will be tracked and an addendum to the contract will be signed. The design center will be up to date with the most popular products and design trends. Compensation: $65,000 - $150,000 Responsibilities: • Develop a rapport with clients to determine their needs and desires • Guide clients through the finish selections process in the Design Center • Accurately note all selections in our software • Provide pricing for any requested upgrades within 2 business days • Stay up to date with industry trends • Audit and maintain the Design Center Qualifications: • Ability to listen to clients’ needs and desires and provide proper guidance and solutions • Passion for interior design, trends, and creating beautiful homes • Patience • Proactive nature and desire to achieve success • Coachability • Attention to detail About Company We are a fast-paced, growing home builder that promotes a fun, team-based environment.
