About the Job • You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored design solutions that exceed their expectations. • You will be responsible for conducting in-store and in-home design consultations to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: • Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized design consultations and sales support. • Stay up-to-date with sales and promotions to meet sales goals and enhance the customer experience. • Provide expert product knowledge and assist customers with services like gift wrap, registry, merchandise locating, and special orders. • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction. Requirements: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle complex orders across sales channels. • Design experience preferred. • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. • 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience, retail experience preferred.
