About this role

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and meeting sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, customer service, and building strong relationships. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure effective lead generation strategies and communicate seamlessly with clients. Key Responsibilities: • Service qualified leads and provide expert product knowledge to clients • Closing appointments by demonstrating the value proposition and building trust with clients • Execute all systems and procedures to ensure client satisfaction and avoid order errors • Measure, record, and configure specifications accurately and efficiently • Provide high-level client service and follow-up in a timely manner • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking and referrals • Be flexible to meet the needs of the business and adapt to changing circumstances • Liv[e] our Core Values of Integrity, One Team, Excellence, Superior Client Experience, and Passion Requirements: • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technology processes and systems • Proficiency with using a PC and Microsoft Windows-based programs • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds • 2-5 years relationship selling experience in retail or outside sales, preferably in specialty or custom products/services • Education or experience in design and decor preferred
