Job Summary
This key role is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities that align with our firm's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the interior design industry, excellent communication and networking skills, and a proven track record of success in sales and business development.
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients in the residential and commercial sectors nationwide through targeted outreach strategies and industry events.
• Client Relationship Management: Create, build, and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, builders, real estate agents, and other key referral sources.
• Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, qualifying leads, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the interior design industry.
• Reporting & Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities within our CRM, track progress towards goals, and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales/business development required, preferably within the design, construction, or real estate industry.
• Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and building client relationships.
