Your goal will be to create a seamless shopping experience, ensuring that customers leave the store satisfied with their purchases. • Customer Needs: Understand customer needs and preferences, and provide expert advice to find solutions that meet their desires. • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest furniture and mattress products, features, and benefits to educate customers and drive sales. • Sales Strategies: Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed targets, including rapport-building, product presentations, and closing techniques. • Customer Retention: Build lasting relationships with customers through after-sales follow-up, thank you cards, and ongoing communication.
