Your Key Challenges:
You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice to find solutions that meet their desires. Your goal will be to create a seamless shopping experience, ensuring that customers leave the store satisfied with their purchases.
• Customer Needs: Understand customer needs and preferences, and provide expert advice to find solutions that meet their desires.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest furniture and mattress products, features, and benefits to educate customers and drive sales.
• Sales Strategies: Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed targets, including rapport-building, product presentations, and closing techniques.
• Customer Retention: Build lasting relationships with customers through after-sales follow-up, thank you cards, and ongoing communication.
Your Key Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build rapport with customers, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
