Your responsibilities will include: • Expertly matching our products and services to client needs • SUCCESSFULLY closing appointments by demonstrating our unique Value Proposition and building trust and credibility • Executing all systems and procedures to ensure client satisfaction and avoid order errors that adversely affect the company's bottom line and positive reputation • Measuring, recording, and configuring specifications accurately and efficiently • Providing high-level client service and following up in a friendly, professional, and timely manner for both internal and external clients To succeed in this role, you'll need: • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Quick learning ability, adaptability, self-reliance, resourcefulness, and handling competing priorities • Understanding and carrying out oral and written instructions, and requesting clarification when needed • Expressing thoughts, ideas, concerns in a positive, respectful, and productive manner • Working independently, but also functioning well as part of a team • High school degree or equivalent is required.
