Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Home Furnishing Consultant to join our team. As an HFC, you will be responsible for delivering a crazy good customer experience every day, helping guests find the perfect items for their homes.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Greet and Guide: Establish positive communication with guests, understand their needs, and provide expert advice to find solutions that meet their desires.
• Product Expertise: Educate customers about furniture and mattress products, features, and benefits to help them make informed decisions.
• Professional Selling: Apply top-tier selling techniques, including rapport-building, product presentations, and closing strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Sales Excellence: Achieve monthly/annual sales goals, including product mix, financing options, and additional accessories.
• Customer Follow-Up: Build strong relationships with customers through after-sales follow-up, thank you cards, and ongoing communication.
