Interior Design Sales Professional

Closets by Design Milwaukee is seeking a motivated sales-focused professional with a creative eye, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for home design and organization to join our team as an Interior Designer/Salesperson. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, a fun and outgoing personality, and the ability to thrive in a full commission/bonus sales environment. They will work closely with customers to design their space, measure their space, create the design, price it out, present to the homeowner, and sell our custom storage solutions. We offer a flexible schedule, pre-set appointments, paid training, and ongoing support from our Sales Manager. Our Designers are 100% commission with monthly bonus opportunities, and average salary ranges from $40k-$60k. Key Responsibilities: • Travel throughout the state to meet with customers at their home for pre-booked appointments • Work with customers to understand their vision, measure their space, create the design, price it out, present to the homeowner, and sell our custom storage solutions • Collaborate with our design team to create custom designs that meet customer needs • Meet or exceed sales targets and commissions
