In addition to a generous commission-based plan, there are opportunities for bonuses and growth within the company. Job Description We are seeking a talented Designer to join our team. As a Designer, you will be responsible for promoting furniture sales through customer design consultations. You will determine the style, type, and quality of merchandise desired to fit each client's personal style and lifestyle. You will stay informed about all products Seldens offers and make house calls to provide a complete design solution. Your goal will be to design exceptional experiences for our clients. Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you must be capable of engaging customers to determine their needs according to taste, lifestyle, and investment range. You should be willing to work weekends and holidays, learn and promote Selden's core values, and create, present, and sell product and design solutions. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, previous experience with furniture preferred, and be self-motivated. Computer proficiency and a desire to learn are also essential.
