Retail Guest Experience Specialist.
A Sales professional with exceptional interpersonal, listening and communication skills is required to provide world-class customer service and offer customers an unforgettable shopping experience.
The ideal candidate will be able to uncover customers' home furnishing needs, build rapport with clients, earn their business through product knowledge, strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening skills.
Responsibilities include greeting and engaging customers, generating sales through effective communication and presentation skills, developing and maintaining a customer base through networking and client follow-up.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Energetic, self-motivated individual with competitive nature, ability to work well in a team environment and flexibility to work a 5-day retail schedule including nights, weekends and most holidays.
• Basic computer skills and previous sales experience in a retail commission-based sales environment are a plus but not required.
