Interior Design Sales Consultant

About The Job As a Sales Representative at The Tile Shop, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and working closely with our interior designers, home owners, and trade professionals to understand their needs and provide recommendations that meet space, style, and cost requirements. You will also be responsible for building lasting relationships with our customers by exceeding their expectations, providing product updates, and understanding installation and use of all products to educate them. In addition, you will track store orders and provide customers with product updates, present yourself in a professional manner at all times, and other duties as assigned. We offer a competitive hourly wage from $16-$19/Hr, depending on experience, with the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions by working 20-30 hours per week.
