Interior Design Sales Consultant

Interior Design Consultant Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Consultant to join our team. This role involves building long-term relationships with customers, assisting them in their furniture purchases and interior design needs. Main Responsibilities: • Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service • Retail sales and consulting with customers to understand their wants and needs • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling • Order entry and processing • Scheduling deliveries and coordinating logistics • Follow up with customers via email or phone to ensure satisfaction and schedule follow-up consultations • In-home visits to measure and design spaces • Collaborating with designers to present design solutions to customers Requirements: • Basic computer skills and proficiency in relevant software • Previous sales experience a plus • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays • High School Diploma or equivalent required Benefits of this Role: • Ongoing training and development opportunities • Collaborative and dynamic work environment • Potential for career advancement
