About this role

Customer Experience Representative As a Customer Experience Representative at our company, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer has an unforgettable shopping experience. You will greet and engage customers, uncovering their home furnishing needs and helping them make their design vision become a reality. You will provide world-class customer service, offering customers a low-pressure consultative approach to find the perfect solutions for their interior design needs. Our ideal candidate is an energetic and self-motivated sales professional with exceptional interpersonal, listening, and communication skills. You should be able to network and build relationships with customers, work well in a team environment, and have flexibility to work a 5-day retail schedule that includes nights, weekends, and most holidays. Job Responsibilities: • Greet and engage customers to understand their home furnishing needs and provide personalized solutions. • Provide world-class customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience. • Build rapport with clients by demonstrating exceptional product knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent listening skills. • Develop and maintain a customer base through networking and client follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction before and after the sale. • Generate sales through a low-pressure consultative approach. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Energetic and self-motivated sales professional with exceptional interpersonal, listening, and communication skills. • Ability to network and build relationships with customers. • Competitive, goal-oriented nature with the ability to work well in a team environment. • Flexibility to work a 5-day retail schedule that includes nights, weekends, and most holidays. • Basic computer skills. • Previous sales experience in a retail commission-based sales environment is a plus, but not required. • Strong organizational skills.
