What You’ll Do • Lead and inspire a team of retail associates to provide white-glove customer service. • Drive revenue through expert selling, product knowledge, and merchandising. • Curate the in-store experience, ensuring impeccable visual displays that reflect the brand’s aesthetic. • Manage inventory & operations, optimizing stock levels and sales performance. • Build customer relationships, growing a loyal client base through personalized styling and VIP experiences. • Collaborate with marketing & eCommerce teams to integrate in-store and online sales strategies.
