Interior Design Project Manager

Job responsibilities will be adjusted based on experience, interests, and project needs. Some responsibilities might include: • Project budgeting • Gathering client selections and decisions • Create finish bidding packets • Oversee subcontractor bidding • Research value engineering options • Write subcontractor contracts and change orders • Write client change order • Manage project budgets • Material and fixture ordering • Manage shop drawing submittals and approvals • Write meeting agenda and meeting notes for client meetings • Manage and schedule client warranty and service calls • Site supervise warranty and service work • Design and create graphics for client communication and marketing purposes QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent design experience • Design and/or construction experience preferred • Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs • Ability to learn project management software thoroughly and quickly • Strong organizational skills • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at one time • Detail oriented • Strong customer service and communication skills • Strong problem solving skills PERKS: We offer flex work (2-4 days in office), (1-2 days remote work) and a generous paid vacation program.
