You’ll play an integral part within the office as the key point of contact ensuring projects are coordinated effectively and smoothly from handling and updating project folders to contract control and bid proposals. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated construction and contract administration experience on major projects. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and lead design teams across multiple disciplinaries and concurrent projects • Lead large scale projects to from construction to handover • Coordinate project documentation • Review architectural design, drafting, detailing, building materials, building codes, construction techniques and costs with the design team. Skills and Experience: • Bachelor Degree in Interior Design/Architecture with 15+ years' experience as project manager in a similar role • Proven experience on building construction projects • Experienced in controlling cost, scope, quality, risk and managing developer client expectations on major construction projects.
