Interior Design Project Manager

Dynamic, multi-family residential & commercial focused interior design firm based in Dumbo, Brooklyn. Seeking an outgoing, pro-active, and reliable Project Manager with 5 years of experience in the multi-family residential field. Responsibilities will include managing a small group, construction drawings, redlining, compiling and issuing CD sets, construction administration, internal and... external coordination and communication with designers, contractors, clients, et al. Requirements: •Interior Design/Architecture Degree from an accredited university.•Minimum 5 years’ work experience in the multi-unit residential field.•Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office PowerPoint is a must.•Expertise in technical details, ADA requirements, millwork drawings.•Strong written and verbal communication skills.•Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
