We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team of professionals in our Dallas, TX office. The Project Manager will manage the day-to-day production of multi-family interior design projects to meet deadlines accurately. This position will report to the Regional Director of Interior Design and manage a team of junior and senior designers.
Responsibilities:
Manages multiple projects and provides project team leadership
Oversees the design of high-end multifamily projects
Manages communication with multiple clients on a daily basis
Coordinate with other professionals, such as contractors, architects, engineers and mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEPs) to ensure job success
Develop strong relationship with vendors
Prepare and manage FF&E budgets
Utilize vendors and materials library to create finish presentations for client presentations
Work with the team to prepare finish boards
Review and produce documentation, detailed instructions, drawings and specifications
Interact with the Accounting department to ensure billing milestones are met
Adheres to building codes and ADA compliance throughout project life cycle
Domestic travel is required
Qualifications More about you:
Bachelors Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
Professional License in Interior Design
10+ years of work experience
2+ years of experience managing others
Technical proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
Prior experience responding to submittals and requests for information (RFIs)
Outstanding graphic presentation skills
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to develop collaborative relationships across the firm and with clients
Ability to communicate design ideas and concepts
Strong written and verbal skills
Strong organization, planning and prioritization skills
You are passionate about multifamily interior design and architecture
