Amanda Lantz creates inspired lifestyle designs for the most discerning clients across the country. Amanda designs with her client’s personal aesthetic and lifestyle objectives in mind, incorporating luxury brands and layered items from unexpected places. Amanda and her team have two locations: Carmel, IN and Naples, FL.
Barry Lantz began designing interior spaces at the age of 20 with projects across the nation. He is known for his timeless, traditional, and transitional designs. Barry began his painting career in 2008, layering his interior design business with a robust artistic career. Inspired by abstract art, Barry creates custom artwork for his clients in addition to having his own fabric and accessory collection with Kravet Inc.

Job Description: Project Manager
Our luxury interior design firm is growing! We are looking for an experienced, talented, and extremely organized Project Manager to join our creative team. This individual will play a pivotal role and will be responsible for leading and managing the success of our firm’s projects nationwide. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management within the luxury design industry, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and high-volume environment. This position works closely with principal designer, Amanda Lantz, the design team, and outside vendors and contractors.
Responsibilities:
· Project Planning: Develop comprehensive plans for design projects outlining timelines, milestones, and deliverables for each project.
· Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal design team and outside vendors and contractors to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycle. Get ahead of any foreseen challenges and assist with problem solving; act and communicate. Update software system with detailed notes regarding items, clients, vendors, and projects.
· Budget Oversight: Manage project items, monitor expenses, and work closely with the procurement & logistics manager and accounting to ensure projects are delivered within financial parameters.
· Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of craftmanship and design are met.
· Internal Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for architects, builders, contractors, vendors, warehouse & delivery companies, and the design team to ensure efficient and timely execution.
· Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in projects and develop proactive strategies to mitigate and resolve issues.
· Logistics Management: Work closely with Procurement manager and principal designer to coordinate high standard item check-in processes, deliveries, and installations. Assist with project installations when needed.
· Vendor and Contractor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure a reliable and high-quality network of business partners.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture or related field
· Minimum of three years experience in project management, preferably within the luxury interior design or construction industry
· Proven experience managing large-scale, high-end, high-volume design projects from conception to completion
· Extremely strong organization, leadership, and communication skills
· Proficient in project management software and tools
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
· Ability to resolve project issues in a professional manner
· Willingness to travel when needed
Compensation and Benefits:
Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (some travel may occur)
Location of position: Carmel, IN (in-person)
Wage: $75k and up based on experience

Other Benefits: 401K (after one full year)
PTO: To be discussed and PTO for holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
